Frequently asked questions
How do I start a picture?
Open the coloring book and choose a picture from the themes. There is also a blank page for your own ideas. You can fill areas, draw with tools and undo a stroke.
How do profiles work?
Separate profiles keep each child’s drawings together. Choose the right profile in the start menu. Drawings and settings stay on this device; no Lura account is needed.
A saved drawing is missing. What can I do?
First check that the right profile is selected. Drawings are stored locally and are not synced through a Lura cloud. Keep the profile and app installed for now to preserve existing data. Write to us if you still cannot find the drawing; we cannot access your local pictures.
Can I change color symbols and the display?
In settings, you can choose picture symbols alongside colors, color vision profiles and reduced motion. The three painting levels offer different pictures and controls.
What does the statistics export contain?
The export creates a local file with profile details, settings and usage statistics. It is not a backup of drawings and is not automatically sent to us.
